The delivery cost is based on your location and home situation (floor level, elevator, etc), and is therefor calculated individually by our trusted logistics partner. All items are carefully delivered and carried into your new home.

The assembly service means that all items are put together, by experts. All waste is removed and recycled.  This solution requires you to be present, to give information on the location of each piece of furniture and decoration. The price of this service starts at 949 € . Ceiling lamps are excluded from the installation as an electrician is required.

The styling service includes the presence of our design team, who will guide the installation process and make sure even the smallest details are in the right spot. Leave the keys to us and we’ll handle the rest, no presence required. We’ll leave your space photo-ready and can arrange for a photographer to come and capture your beautiful new home, for Airbnb pictures or such. The price for this service (based on this package size) is 1195 €

The first payment of 50 % of the furniture package takes place after the first meeting, after the selection of products has been made but before the selection-moodboards are created. The second half is paid the same day as the final delivery. All payments are made though invoices with NIE number required. For total cancellations after the first payment, a refund of  85 % will be made. If a cancellation occurs later in the process, after all orders has been made, no refund will be made, however, the final payment will not take place. 

Once a final approval is given on all the selected items, no changes can be made.

All items are ordered just for you and can therefor not be returned, except if the product is damaged and needs to be replaced. 

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photo documentation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or unforeseen logistical challenges, though we will always keep you informed and seek the fastest solution.

Changes in the available selection may occur,  as stock changes all the time. However, we will always try to accommodate your wishes and find the best options.
